GANDHI NAGAR (GUJARAT) INTEGRATED PROJECT.
  • M/S Kunal Structure (India) Private Limited, Rajkot has been awarded the contract vide LOA No. IRSDC/Gandhinagar/Tender/EPC/CT-22/2016/3464 dated 3.01.17. The appointed contractor M/S Kunal Structure (India) Private Limited has already initiated process for civil work at the site.Test pile work has been commenced by the contractor M/S Kunal Structure (India) Private Limited on 01.5.17. As many as 265 piles have been completed out of total 471 piles proposed.
  • As a follow up of open tender procedure, M/s C.P.Kukreja, Architects has been appointed as PMC (Project Management consultancy) for the project.
  • SURAT (GUJARAT) INTEGRATED PROJECT
  • (i) After discharging earlier tender, Fresh RFQ was invited on 04.05.2017 with some little relaxed conditions to have wider participation. Pre-application conference for Surat project held at 11.00 Hrs on 15.5.2017 in which 20 prospective parties participated.
  • RFQ opened on 05.6.2017. Seven applicants participated in the RFQ. After evaluation of the applications by the Tender committee, six parties qualified.
  • DIMTS has completed the transport study and submitted its report, which is under examination.
  • CHANDIGARH (UT) PROJECT
  • (i) Owing to the reduction in the area for commercial development by UT Govt., possibilities of implementing the project by some other model other than PPP, are being explored by Ministry of Railways (MoR). Further action will be taken on approval from MoR.

  • SHIVAJI NAGAR (PUNE) PROJECT
  • (i) Municipal Commissioner Pune, vide their letter dated 02.03.2017 has issued the certificate of due consultation with them. IRSDC proposes to go ahead with the invitation of RFQ, after undertaking requisite procedural formalities. Consultant has been asked to submit his technical and financial report accordingly for processing for the invitation of RFQ.

  • e.RFP had been invited from the shortlisted eligible parties on 30.11.2016.
  • ) Last date for submission of bids in response to e.RFP has been further deferred and extended 12th September 2017.
  • BIJWASAN (NEW DELHI) PROJECT
  • e.RFP had been invited from the shortlisted eligible parties on 29.12.2016, with its last date for submission on 17.3.2017, which was last extended to 20.04.2017 on the request of parties.
  • Last date for submission of bids has been further deferred and extended to 29th September, 2017.
  • HABIBGANJ (BHOPAL) PROJECT
  • On financial close by the appointed developer M/S Bansal Pathways Habibganj Private Limited and meeting of the conditions precedent by IRSDC and Developer, the operation and maintenance of the Habibganj Station has been taken over by Developer w.e.f 01.3.2017, which has been reckoned as the appointed date. Excavation work for the sub-ways is in full swing.
  • AMENDMENT SECTION 1 OF THE MADHYA PRADESH NAGAR TATHA GRAM NIVESH ADHINIYAM, 1973
  • Government of Madhya Pradesh, has caused amendment in Section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 vide Madhya Pradesh Act no. 14 of 2017 dated 20.4.2017. By virtue of this amendment nothing in the said Act would apply on the “land under the control of railway administration under the Railways Act 1989 (no. 24 of 1989)”. Thus, in the case of Habibganj (Bhopal) Railways need not to seek approval of the local bodies under the Act except consultations, which it has already done.
  • STRATEGIC PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT ADVISORY SERVICES

  • (i) RFP for appointment of consultant for strategic programme management advisory services floated for and on behalf of Ministry of Railways. The last date for submission of proposal is 10.7.2017.
  • ) Last date for submission of bids has been deferred and extended to 14.09.2017.
  • APPOINTMENT OF HOTEL OPERATOR AT GANDHINAGAR

  • RFP for selection of OPERATOR for management of 300 Room 5-Star Hotel and Mahatma Mandir at Gandhinagar Capital Railway Station Project has been invited on 29.6.2017, with its last date for submission as 03.08.2017.
  • e.bids Technical bids opened on 17.8.2017. Four parties submitted their bids.
  • LOW ALTITUDE AERIAL MAPPING SURVEY (LAAMS) FOR 5 STATIONS. (IRSDC/HQ/Tender/21/2017/LAAMS Dated 25.7.2017)
  • RFP for low altitude aerial mapping survey (LAAMS) for 5 stations, namely Amritsar, Baiyyappanhalli (Bengluru), Gwalior, Gandhinagar (Jaipur), and Nagpur, has been invited on 25.07.2017, with its last date for submission as 16.08.2017, extended up to 18.8.2017.
